FAQ about our closure
We have created this list of Q & A for you to refer to before messaging us.

Q: What day are you closing? |
A: We closed on the 22nd of November 2024. |
Q: What will happen with outstanding orders after the shop closes? |
A: Please rest assured, our customers are so important to us. We are committed to providing great service until the last order has left our hands. So we are returning to our original HQ of Yondette's home and all orders will be fulfilled from there. Please see our status page for expected arrival of your pre-orders. |
Q: Will your Facebook group remain open? |
A: Facebook groups take a lot of work to keep active, however we are happy to leave the group open for people to use and share their creative makes and questions. If it becomes too much for us, we will need to reconsider this but for now the answer is yes, it will remain open. |
Q: What is happening with postage? |
A: For the last few years our amazing logistics partner has been primarily MailPlus. We will be transitioning to using Auspost and Sendle, with our postage rates moving in line with their rates and removing our FlatRate option. |
Q: Can I combine retail and pre-orders? |
A: No, we are no longer able to facilitate combined orders in this manner. |
Q: Can I still collect if I'm local? |
A: Yes! Pre-orders will be able to be collected from my place in Weir Views by appointment. |
Q: Is the business for sale? |
A: We are excited to let you know that the business has been purchased by some wonderful people and we are beyond thrilled to be able to transition our business over to be able to keep the story alive |
Q: Can I buy stock in bulk? (E.g. All the zips, all the solid CL etc.) |
A: If you have interest in bulk stock, please email us with a clear list of what you are wanting to buy |
Q: Will there be any further retail stock arriving? |
A: No, we do not have any further stock on it's way. Anything you see online is all there is, and once sold it will not be returning. |
Q: Can I buy your artwork or exclusive tiles? |
A: Short answer is - it depends. If you are interested in any of our tiles, please email us with screenshots. Any artist enquiries will need to be made to them directly. |
Q: What happens to all my vouchers and tokens? |
A: vouchers and tokens cannot be transferred to the new owners. They are now void. |
Q: What are you doing with the left over stock? |
A: We will be setting up listings in the new year with anything that remained after our initial closure. |
Q: Have you considered *insert idea here*? (eg. retail only, preorder only) |
A: We received lots of suggestions in our FB group a little while ago.We have considered many options over the past few months, but nothing has landed and felt right. |
