Shipping policy

The price of your shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items purchased.
No refund is applicable to postage paid once the order has been fulfilled.

We dispatch using a combination of express courier, AusPost and Sendle. The courier collects from us twice a week - on Wednesdays and Fridays. Postage timeframes are dependent on your delivery postcode and can be found on each respective website. 
All untracked postage option takes approximately 3-4 working days as per the Australia Post website.

Wherever possible we use compostable and plastic free packaging with less bells and whistles in an attempt to reduce waste.

We post twice a week. 

Where preorder items are ordered in the same order as instock items, the instock items may be held until preorder arrives at HQ.

If you wish to receive your instock items first, please place separate orders.
