Q: What day will you re-open?

A: We announced the exciting news about our re-opening at the start of the year. Lindy and Yondette are working closely to re-open the fabric pre-order 5pm AET on 15th Feb 2025.

At this stage we are planning to run Monthly pre-order.

Q: What will happen with outstanding orders?

A: All of our 2024 orders have arrived and are currently processed and packed by Yondette.

All orders that are placed in 2025 will be looked after by Lindy. 

Q: Will your business remain the same?

A: We are excited to announce that our business is relocating to the beautiful Dharug land in Sydney. At this stage The Telarie will be operated as its humble beginning, in Lindy's house and the nearby storage unit, without traditional brick-and-mortar storefront.

We remain committed to our core values and will continue to operate with the help of Yondette to ensure a smooth transition. Please rest assured that we will be using the same suppliers to ensure the best quality and consistency in our products.

Q: What product will be available?

A: On 15th Feb, we will only open our digital printed fabric pre-order, running once every month. All Telarie prints and fabric bases that are live in 2024 will be available for pre-order. We are hoping to continue our artist collections too. 

Our team will be working hard behind the scenes to bring back the retail side of things, and we will keep you updated on our movements. Watch this space!

Q: What is the current The Telarie Team?

A: The Telarie has been acquired by Lindy&Oliver Nawrot. It will be operated by Lindy with transition support from Yondette in the near-term. We are working hard to bring The Telarie back to its glory by adding more products and bring more creative minds into this community. We will keep our customers updated on all changes of our team.

Q: Can I still collect if I'm local?

A: At this stage click & collect is not an option for the 2025 February pre-order. Hopefully we will be able to bring the option back at a later stage. 

Q: What happens to all my vouchers and tokens?

A:vouchers and tokens cannot be transferred to the new owners. They are now void.
